Nutshell
Jedi Academy is the latest in the Jedi Knight series.  It is an action oriented first/third person adventure game based in the Star Wars universe.  The game follows a character created by the player (though always referred to as Jaden) and his/her choices that will ultimately lead to either the Light or Dark side.  Jedi Academy has branching story lines that allow the player the freedom to choose how they want the game to end.  The player really feels in control as they customize their character and even their light saber's color and its hilt design.  Single player is based on a mission format where each mission is a chance to upgrade one of your force powers.  Although somewhat short in single player it does offer free online play.  Kyle Katarn from previous Jedi Knight games makes a return as the players Jedi Master.
