Test Drive Unlimited is the latest sequel of the Test Drive series, a car-race simulator series from the publisher, Eden games.
It takes place on a realistically-modelled Hawaii island, Oahu. By realistically modelled, I mean this island is R-E-A-L-L-Y big, it has a 1600 km long road-system, and this is only the road! Here you can really go to anywhere, even if you find an unbreakable fence, you can get around it somehow.
The cars' controlling is extremely realistic, so don't expect a Need for Speed style "arcade" driving. This is realistic.
One of the most interesting features is the nice multiplayer part, actually it should be called an MMO(The first real car racing MMO!!!).
The only real drawback is the system requirement. The recommended system is almost the current high-end(2GB RAM, GF6800, and A64 3200+), and even this won't allow you to use the maximum graphics. But if you can use it, this is awesome!
